Background

Liz Allen is a registered nurse with experience in both pediatric and adult clinical settings, most recently serving as a postpartum floor nurse. As a nurse, longtime youth development volunteer, and mom of four boys, she developed a deep passion for education and prevention. Joining the CSC team has allowed her to blend her love for relationship-building, health education, and truth-sharing into this meaningful role. Grateful for the opportunity to serve her community, Liz brings warmth, experience, and genuine care to everything she does — all while enjoying a full life of cooking, music, nature, and time with her busy family.

Liz believes that knowledge is power and that hope fuels every journey. She helps students articulate what a truly successful life looks like and provides a clear path to achieve it. Too often, students haven’t taken the time to define success for themselves or to chart how to get there. Through her work, Liz equips and energizes learners to make healthy decisions that strengthen their relationships, advance their goals, and support their long-term life vision.
