CSC uses "Relationships Under Construction"
Relationships Under Construction (RUC) lessons teach the consequences of risk behaviors, including non-marital sexual activity, diseases, alcohol, tobacco, illicit drugs, bullying, dating violence, gambling, pornography, and human trafficking. RUC focuses on primary prevention to achieve optimal health for all students. RUC gives students a positive, healthy perspective of how to build a future family that can lead to a legacy that will make their family proud! One of our goals is to teach young people how to build a relationship that can lead to a marriage that has the potential to last a lifetime.
CSC teaches K-12 with Optimal Health Education
The World Health Organization has defined health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The definition speaks to the whole-person nature of health – body, mind, and relationships with others.
